Invoices for Private Purchases by Entrepreneurs Not Required in KSeF

In Poland, invoices for private purchases made by entrepreneurs do not need to be entered into the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), unlike those for business purposes. If an entrepreneur does not provide a tax identification number (NIP), the seller may assume the purchase is for private use.
