Girl (10) settles €3.25m lawsuit against HSE over birth circumstances

A 10-year-old girl has agreed to an interim settlement of €3.25 million in her lawsuit against the Health Service Executive (HSE) regarding the circumstances of her birth, with her family arguing that abnormal CTG trace monitoring of her heart rate was not acted upon.
