John Carro, Jurist Who Knew Lee Harvey Oswald, Dies at 98

John Carro, a jurist who rose to the New York State appellate court, has died at 98. Decades before his judicial career, he served as a probation officer who attempted to assist a teenage Lee Harvey Oswald in the Bronx.
