Increased sea patrols ordered as Zamboanga City intercepts contrabands
PAGADIAN CITY, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, Philippines — Brigadier General Edwin Quilates, Western Mindanao police director, has ordered intensified seaborne patrols in the waters of Zamboanga City to quell the entry of contrabands.
