Kenya to Claim 60% of Excess Profits from Rironi–Mau Toll Road

The Kenyan government has announced it will take 60% of any excess profits generated by the Rironi–Mau toll road project. This measure aims to prevent a Chinese firm from accumulating excessive earnings over the 30-year concession period.
