Lithuanian Probation Director Sought by Police After Conflict, Later Surrenders

The director of Lithuania's Probation Service, Romas Ostanavičius, was reportedly sought by police after leaving home with a weapon following a conflict, but later presented himself at the police station, with the Probation Service issuing a denial of the story.
