Tallinn Will Not Rebuild Drainage System for Inglirand Beach, Focuses on Illegal Connections

Tallinn has no plans to rebuild the stormwater drainage system to clean water at Inglirand beach; instead, Deputy Mayor Kristjan Järvan stated the city is focusing on identifying illegal wastewater connections.
