Croatian Constitutional Court Rules HZZO Reporting Obligation Unconstitutional
After three years, the Croatian Constitutional Court has ruled that the requirement for some citizens to report in person to the Croatian Health Insurance Fund (HZZO) was unconstitutional, a decision made after the law had already been amended.
