German Court Rules Passengers Can Carry Multiple Hand Luggage Items

A German court has ruled that airline passengers are allowed to carry multiple hand luggage items for free, as long as their combined size does not exceed the specified dimensions. The consumer protection agency had filed the lawsuit.
