UK to Relabel 'Marmalade' as 'Citrus Marmalade' Under EU Agreement
A new agreement between London and Brussels will require the United Kingdom to label its traditional bitter orange spread as 'citrus marmalade' instead of simply 'marmalade', as it does not technically qualify as jam.
