Former Hutu Officer to Face Trial in Paris for Rwandan Genocide Complicity
Cyprien Kayumba, a former Hutu senior officer, has been referred to the Assize Court in Paris on suspicion of complicity in the 1994 Rwandan genocide, specifically for allegedly supplying weapons used in the extermination of Tutsis.
