Valga Hot Shorts Film Festival Returns to Estonian-Latvian Border

The Valga Hot Shorts (VHS) film festival is set to return to the twin border city of Valga, Estonia, from July 3–5. The event will feature a packed lineup of over two dozen short films and various events across town.
