French Teen Charged with Brutal Murder of Octogenarian
A 15-year-old student in France, described as 'without history,' has been charged after confessing to the brutal murder of an octogenarian in Gard. The prosecutor of Nîmes stated that the teenager acted out of a 'visceral need to do harm,' targeting the victim at random.
