Dutch Data Protection Authority: Police Intelligence Team Violates Law
The Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP) has found that the police's Public Order Intelligence Team (TOOI) is operating in violation of the law, recommending the team either cease some intelligence work or modify its legal framework.
