Russia Launches New Rassvet Satellites for Starlink Alternative

Russia has launched a new batch of low-orbit Rassvet satellites as part of its project to develop its own alternative to SpaceX's Starlink network, with the constellation now comprising approximately 40 satellites.

Serhii "Flash" Beskrestnov, an adviser to the Ukrainian president on the development of defence technology, has reported that Russia has launched a second batch of Rassvet satellites, which are intended to serve as a Russian counterpart to Starlink.
