Polish Supreme Court Rules on Court Fee Refunds for Out-of-Court Settlements

The Polish Supreme Court has ruled that the law providing for a full refund of court fees from a lawsuit applies only to court settlements and those concluded before a mediator, not to out-of-court settlements.
