Abertamy want to restore abandoned Villa Felicitas. 'The quality can be compared to Tugendhat,' says the designer
Restorers are beginning the survey of the historic Villa Felicitas. The First Republic building was commissioned by the German Zenker family, who owned famous glove factories in Abertamy.
