Andalusian High Court Annuls Málaga's Low Emission Zone Rule for City-Only Vehicles

The High Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA) has annulled Málaga's low emission zone regulation that exclusively applied to vehicles registered in the city. The court ruled that the requirement infringes upon the free movement of goods and people, violating principles of free enterprise and market unity without sufficient technical justification.
