Montenegrin President Proposes Memorial for Independence

Montenegrin President Jakov Milatović has submitted an initiative to raise a memorial, which he stated should symbolize not only 20 years of renewed independence but also the historical aspiration of the Montenegrin people to shape their own destiny.
