Humpback Whale Timmy Dies Days After Controversial Rescue Effort
The humpback whale Timmy, which had swum 200km in the wrong direction after a controversial rescue operation, was found dead on May 14. It is believed the whale, nicknamed 'Hope' by German media, lived for only five days following the rescue attempt.
