Average Value of New Higher Education Scholarships in Portugal Increases

The Portuguese Council of Ministers has approved an increase in the average value of new higher education scholarships, raising them by 926 euros to a total of 2660 euros. A transitional regime will be implemented to ensure current scholarship holders are not disadvantaged by the changes.
