Germany's Haub Family Revives $2 Billion Listing Plans for OBI and Kik

Germany's investment group Tengelmann, controlled by the Haub family, is working on a proposal to revive plans for a $2 billion listing or spin-off of its OBI and Kik retail businesses as soon as this year.
