Que Choisir Denounces High Margins on Organic Produce in Supermarkets

The consumer association Que Choisir is denouncing excessively high margins on organic fruits and vegetables in supermarkets, stating that margins are on average 81% higher for organic products compared to conventional ones, calling it a "structural and deliberate practice."
