Phivolcs: Mayon Volcano emits flowing lava, volcanic ash
MANILA, Philippines — Lava effusion with lava flow on three gullies and minor ash emissions that generated plume were observed from Mayon Volcano in the province of Albay, the state volcanology bureau said on Thursday. In its latest 24-hour observation summary, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported that lava descended 3.8 kilometers
