Lithuania Refuses Dialogue with Belarus Amid Hybrid Attacks
Asta Skaisgirytė, chief advisor to the Lithuanian President, stated that Lithuania has no basis for dialogue with Belarus as long as the Lukashenka regime continues its hybrid attacks, noting a lack of willingness for good-faith dialogue from Minsk.
