Drunk Driver with Children in Car Killed Cyclist, Court Hears

A court heard details of a fatal incident where a drunk mother, with her two young children in the car and an open bottle of wine, was under the influence of a "cocktail" of drugs when she crashed into and killed a "gifted" teacher and cyclist, Michael Lorigan.
