Lithuania to Establish Citizenship Centers to Strengthen Civil Defense

The Lithuanian Ministry of National Defense and municipalities plan to strengthen civil resistance by developing a network of at least 10 citizenship centers across different municipalities. These centers aim to enhance general defense capabilities and promote civic engagement.
