Typhoon No. 9 Expected to Approach Okinawa and Sakishima Islands with Extreme Force

Large and very powerful Typhoon No. 9 is expected to maintain its strength and approach Okinawa Prefecture's Sakishima Islands around October 10-11, with the Japan Meteorological Agency warning of violent winds capable of collapsing some homes.
