Italian financial police, Guardia di Finanza, have uncovered a large-scale fuel tax fraud in Catania, involving imported diesel with false documents to evade excise duties. The operation led to the seizure of 235,000 euros and also revealed the illicit use of agricultural diesel for commercial activities.
