Days after the establishment of 'Sava properties 2026' for construction at the Belgrade Fairgrounds, news emerges of the Belgrade Waterfront project expanding its territory to a total of 347 hectares, including areas on the left bank of the Sava River.

Nekoliko dana nakon osnivanja privrednog društva "Sava properties 2026" koje je zaduženo za izovđenje građevinskih radova na prostoru Beogradskog sajma, teritorije na koju se nedavno proširio Beograd na vodi, dolazi vest o širenju ovog naselja na levu obalu Save, tačnije između mostova Gazele i Novog železničkog mosta.
