Konstitucinio Teismo (KT) sprendimas pripažinti, kad Bausmių vykdymo kodekso nuostata, kuria draudžiama nuteistiesiems už nusikaltimus nepilnamečio seksualinio apsisprendimo laisvei ar neliečiamumui taikyti lygtinį paleidimą, prieštarauja konstituciniam valstybės principui, nuvylė nukentėjusiųjų artimuosius.
