Tourist Bus Collides with Utility Poles in Tokyo, Causing Power Outage
A tourist bus in Tokyo's Edogawa Ward mounted a sidewalk and collided with two utility poles, breaking them and causing a power outage in the vicinity. There were no passengers on board at the time of the early morning accident.
