Fugitive Suspect in Estonian Criminal Case Caught at Latvian-Russian Border

Andrei Vesterinen, owner of ArmyLaw OÜ and a fugitive suspect in an Estonian criminal case, was captured at the Latvian-Russian border last week after nearly a year of avoiding proceedings and is now in Estonian custody.
