Croatian Minister Defends Rent Tax Hike, Urges Hospitality Sector to Lower Prices
Croatia's Minister of Tourism, Tonči Glavina, defended a measure to increase flat-rate taxes for renters, stating it only affects the most developed municipalities from 2027. He also noted that many renters have already lowered prices and suggested that caterers and shops should follow suit.
