Hokuriku Shinkansen Operations Halted Between Nagano and Toyama Due to Strong Winds

According to JR East, operations on the Hokuriku Shinkansen have been suspended in both directions between Nagano Station and Toyama Station since around 3:40 PM on the 4th due to strong winds. JR East advises checking the latest operational status on their website and other platforms.
