Jón Gnarr Did Not Invoice RÚV for TV Appearance

Jón Gnarr, a member of parliament for Viðreisn, was entitled to payment from the Icelandic National Broadcasting Service (RÚV) for his appearance on 'Vikan með Gísla Marteini' in March but never sent an invoice for the payment.
