Luxembourg-American Company Deems Montenegro Airport Lease Tender Illegal

The Luxembourg-American company CAAP has written to the Montenegrin Parliament, asserting that the tender for the long-term lease of airports in Podgorica and Tivat is illegal. CAAP was ranked second in the tender, behind South Korea's Incheon International Airport Corporation.
