HCMC tightens controls on events along downtown Nguyen Hue, Le Loi streets

Ho Chi Minh City authorities have tightened oversight of large-scale events on Nguyen Hue Walking Street and nearby Le Loi Street after complaints about congestion, noise and disruptions.
