ADI Leader Ramos Rejects Boycott Call for São Tomé and Príncipe Elections

Américo Ramos, leader of the ADI and head of government, responded to the former prime minister who called on militants to boycott the September 27 elections in protest of his removal from the party, stating that abstention is not a good strategy.
