Taiwanese President Lai to donate 1 million yen to quake-hit Kumamoto

Taiwanese President Lai has announced a donation of ¥1 million to Kumamoto, Japan, following an earthquake, with convenience stores and the Red Cross Society in Taiwan also accepting public donations.
