Latvia Issues Orange Warning for Heavy Rainfall
Parts of Kurzeme and Ziemeļvidzeme in Latvia are under an orange-level warning for expected heavy rainfall on Monday, according to the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre.
