Bulgarian Election Commission Rules Against Audio Files for Visually Impaired Voters
Despite a proposal from the Central Election Commission (CEC) to provide audio files for visually impaired voters in the April 19 elections, such provisions will not be made due to an opinion from the Ministry of Electronic Governance.
