Mexican cartel commander 'El Jardinero' arrested hiding in sewer pipe

Mexican federal forces have arrested Audias Flores Silva, known as 'El Jardinero' (The Gardener), a suspected commander of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG). He was reportedly found hiding in a sewer pipe.
