Calcutta High Court Seeks Police Report on Encounter Death, Restrains Action Against Banerjee

The Calcutta High Court has requested a police report on the circumstances surrounding an accused's encounter death in the Baruipur case and has also restrained police from taking action against Abhishek Banerjee until August 6.
