Canadian Feds to Consider Guardrails for "Contentious" Labour Code Tool

Canada's Jobs Minister Patty Hajdu announced that the federal government is exploring possible guardrails or alternatives for a "contentious" section of the Canada Labour Code. This section allows Ottawa to intervene in difficult bargaining conflicts.
