Carneiro: whoever wants to talk to UGT must ask directly

This Tuesday, Hugo Soares appealed to the PS secretary-general to ask the UGT to return to the negotiating table. In response, Carneiro said that if Soares wants to talk to the UGT, 'he should go to the UGT'.
