Catalan Parliament Appeals Ruling on Permanent Flag Display
The Catalan Parliament has appealed to the TSJC against a ruling that mandates the permanent display of both the Spanish and Catalan flags. The Parliament traditionally only displays these symbols on its facade during plenary sessions, a practice since 1981.
