Catholic Church Receives Over 1 Billion Euros from Italy's 8 Per Mille Tax
The Catholic Church is set to receive over 1 billion euros from the 8 per mille share of Italy's personal income tax (Irpef), out of a total of 1.6 billion euros allocated for 2026 (referring to 2022 declarations), while the state's share also increases.
