Smog Alert Declared in Ostrava Region Due to Ozone
The Czech Hydrometeorological Institute has declared a smog situation for the Ostrava, Karviná, and Frýdek-Místek agglomerations due to high concentrations of ground-level ozone. Residents are advised to avoid increased physical activity outdoors in the afternoon.
