State Will Not Oppose Bid to Declare Sallins Robbery Conviction a Miscarriage of Justice
The Irish State has informed the court that it will not oppose a bid to have Osgur Breatnach's 1978 conviction for the Sallins robbery declared a miscarriage of justice, after he spent 18 months in jail for the wrongful conviction.
